I am very pleased with the customer service. I accidentally ordered this with a hook and emailed Monroe Trades about it. I received an email back from Patrick who said no problem and made it without the hook. It even came with a handwritten note and a phone number in case I needed assistance putting it together. Love this item. I bought the taller, narrower version (67in height, 19in w). I live in a tiny studio and this wonderfully creates a sense of space and organization.

We were looking for shelving and a hanging bar that would work for our space. We came across Monroe Trades so we reached out. Patrick was responsive, flexible and great to work with. We ended up going with the 41" shelf/36" hanging bar and (2) custom cut 20" shelves. The stain color is perfect with our hardwood floors. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
We needed some shelving for our laundry room. The 41" wood shelf with 36" Hang Bar was the perfect fit. We worked with Patrick from Monroe to get (2) custom 20" shelves that would work for our space. He was great to deal with. It was a quick turnaround and he met/exceeded all of his commitments. They are installed and look great!

Love the rack and Patrick! Not only is the rack functional and sturdy, it is made from gorgeous materials - I love the dark steel mixed with the wood. Patrick was a delight to work with. He was patient, accesible, friendly and kind. I had a lot of questions and he answered each and every email politely and quickly. When I received the rack, I saw he had hand written a thank you note and his instruction manual said to call him if we preferred doing so to reading (even though the piece was easy to assemble). I would 100% purchase from him again.

I recently moved to Brooklyn and my apartment doesn't have a bedroom closet. I stumbled upon Monroe Trades' website when I was looking for a clothing rack and loved the blend of wood and industrial craftsmanship. Patrick is very polite and responsive. As advertised, the rack is easy to assemble and is sturdy. It looks great in my bedroom and is exactly what I was looking for in lieu of a closet. I don't even think I'll need a dresser.
