Eligibility for Returns:
- Only orders created by Monroe Trades are eligible for returns. Products purchased from other sources or retailers cannot be returned.

- Custom products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accompanying accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include personalized items with specific names, dates, or images that cannot be resold or repurposed.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (608)628-3428. Provide them with your order details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence (such as photos of defects).
- Our customer service team will assess your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address if applicable.
- Please package the custom product securely to prevent damage during transit using original box and packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or the return is due to our error.
Inspection and Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned custom product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the returned item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Refunds will only include the cost of the custom product. Shipping charges and any applicable customization fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your custom product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, to assess the situation.
- Upon verification, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item at our expense.
- Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund for the damaged or defective custom product.
